IMPROV Comedy Club

Ask any of my friends and they will tell you that I can’t sit still and be quiet for over 10 minutes at a time. I have never been a fan of watching TV, movies, or going to see plays and performances because I always get bored. But the comedy show I recently attended was far from boring. In fact I was disappointed when it was over and felt like it went by so fast! This never happens to me.

Everything about the experience was superb! My friend and I enjoyed two delicious desserts in the great restaurant. The huge servings of what may have been the best cheesecake and carrot cake either of us have tried filled us up quickly. The dim lighting, comfortable seating, and intimate dining room all added to the ambiance before the show even started. As I mentioned, we only tried the desserts, which were great, but there were so many options on the menu. It is a perfect place to go for drinks and appetizers or for dinner with dessert. All of the food looked exquisite!

When the show started with the first of three comedians, I knew it was going to be good. When the headlining performer came on this was confirmed. All three comedians appealed to everyone in the audience making jokes directed at certain people without picking on anyone too much. I have never been to a comedy club before, but was prepared for some crude language and jokes. While it was true that the show was geared towards an adult crowd, a majority of the show was inoffensive and I think almost anyone would have enjoyed it.

I finally found a solution to my problem! Now whenever my friends want to see a movie, I can just suggest IMPROV Comedy Club instead!
